Deal Operations Contracts Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting a high-volume Deal Desk function, the remote Deal Operations Contracts Specialist will focus on contract review, redlining, and workflow management while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and redact customer order forms, amendments, and related commercial documents using established playbooks
• Perform contract redlining in accordance with company standards and risk management guidelines
• Triage incoming contract requests and manage contract workflow processes within Salesforce and CPQ environments

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce and Ironclad, or 2+ years of experience with Salesforce and Ironclad combined with 3+ years in Deal Desk or related fields
• Experience reviewing and redlining commercial agreements or similar contract documentation
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management processes
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
