Deal Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Operations Manager to support the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle of complex deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end Deal Operations support from proposal through order booking
• Partner with Sales to evaluate and structure complex deals while ensuring compliance with revenue recognition policies
• Validate sales orders and contracts for policy compliance and manage contracting within Salesforce

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Deal Operations, Deal Management, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS subscription models and revenue recognition policies
• Hands-on experience working in Salesforce (SFDC)
• Ability to navigate cross-functional teams to drive deals to close
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
