Job Summary
Supporting renewal transactions in a full-time remote capacity, the Sr Associate Deal Ops Manager, Renewals will manage deal structuring, quote validation, and cross-functional partnerships while ensuring operational excellence and data integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operational support for renewal transactions, including quote validation and document generation
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Legal to structure and process renewals accurately and timely
- Monitor performance and propose process improvements while maintaining playbooks and system feedback for operational excellence
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Deal Operations, Sales Operations, or similar roles, with direct renewal support experience preferred
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including opportunity management and quoting
- Experience with CPQ and CLM tools for pricing and contract management
- Strong understanding of SaaS commercial constructs, including ACV/TCV and multi-year deals
- High attention to detail and accuracy in quotes, contracts, and system data
