Job Summary
To streamline the deal approval process, the full-time salaried Deal Operations Manager will oversee deal structuring, facilitate cross-functional coordination, and ensure compliance while enhancing customer satisfaction and optimizing profit margins.
Key responsibilities
- Direct the development and execution of strategic deal plans in collaboration with sales teams to maximize revenue and maintain compliance
- Act as the primary liaison between sales, finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure seamless communication during the deal review process
- Monitor deal parameters for compliance with internal controls and propose risk mitigation strategies to maximize deal margins
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience working with RFPs, RFIs, and creating custom deals
- Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Strong data analysis skills using Microsoft Office, Salesforce, PowerBI, etc
- Ability to effectively present to all levels of a business, including C-Suite executives
