Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and operationally-driven Deal Operations Manager, this full-time remote position will manage the end-to-end deal execution process, partnering with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Security to develop proposals, negotiate complex deals, and drive them to signature while ensuring compliance and maximizing value.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end RFP, RFI, and proposal response process, ensuring high-quality submissions and timely delivery
  • Maintain CRM data quality and manage approval workflows, ensuring compliance with commercial policies and processes
  • Oversee the contract workflow from draft to signature, negotiating terms with customers and managing redline reviews
Required qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in deal desk, commercial contracting, or commercial/sales operations in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of managing RFP/RFI and proposal responses, coordinating cross-functional input and deadlines
  • Experience in negotiating commercial terms directly with enterprise customers
  • Familiarity with CLM tools (Ironclad, Spotdraft) and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of pricing architecture and deal structures, with the ability to enforce process discipline
