Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Operations Process Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct analyses of the end-to-end Opportunity to Quote (O2Q) process to eliminate inefficiencies
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce RevCloud for improved sales operations
  • Create and document standard operating procedures to ensure global consistency in operations
Required Qualifications
  • Substantial experience in Sales Operations or Business Process Improvement
  • Ability to apply process improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma
  • Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce, particularly RevCloud
  • Strong analytical skills for defining metrics and interpreting data trends
  • Experience influencing stakeholders across various levels of the organization
