Job Summary
A company is looking for a Deal Operations Process Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct analyses of the end-to-end Opportunity to Quote (O2Q) process to eliminate inefficiencies
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce RevCloud for improved sales operations
- Create and document standard operating procedures to ensure global consistency in operations
Required Qualifications
- Substantial experience in Sales Operations or Business Process Improvement
- Ability to apply process improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma
- Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce, particularly RevCloud
- Strong analytical skills for defining metrics and interpreting data trends
- Experience influencing stakeholders across various levels of the organization
