Job Summary
A company is looking for a Deal Operations Process Lead to enhance the efficiency of the Opportunity to Quote (O2Q) lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct analyses of the O2Q process to eliminate inefficiencies
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce RevCloud
- Propose system enhancements to improve sales velocity and create standardized operational processes
Required Qualifications
- Substantial experience in Sales Operations or Business Process Improvement
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma
- Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce, particularly RevCloud
- Strong analytical skills to define metrics and interpret data trends
- Experience influencing stakeholders and driving system adoption
