Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Operations Process Lead to enhance the efficiency of the Opportunity to Quote (O2Q) lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct analyses of the O2Q process to eliminate inefficiencies
  • Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce RevCloud
  • Propose system enhancements to improve sales velocity and create standardized operational processes
Required Qualifications
  • Substantial experience in Sales Operations or Business Process Improvement
  • Proficiency in process improvement methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma
  • Expert-level proficiency with Salesforce, particularly RevCloud
  • Strong analytical skills to define metrics and interpret data trends
  • Experience influencing stakeholders and driving system adoption
