Job Summary
Responsible for end-to-end operational support of renewal transactions, the full-time remote Deal Ops Manager will manage deal structuring, quote validation, and cross-functional partnerships to ensure accurate and timely processing of renewals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage renewal deal structuring, including quote validation and document generation
- Ensure policy compliance and data integrity within Salesforce, CPQ, and CLM systems
- Drive operational excellence by monitoring performance and proposing process improvements
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Deal Operations, or Sales Operations, with a focus on renewal support
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including quoting and reporting
- Experience with CPQ and CLM tools for managing pricing and contract documents
- Strong understanding of SaaS commercial constructs, including ACV/TCV and multi-year deals
- Proven analytical skills and attention to detail in managing complex deal structures
