Deal Strategy Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Strategy Associate to support the structuring, analysis, and execution of complex customer transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and support the structuring of complex or non-standard customer transactions
• Design, build, and maintain deal scoring frameworks to evaluate transactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deal execution and improve processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, JD, CPA, or CFA a plus
• 3-5+ years of experience in corporate finance, deal desk, strategic finance, or financial consulting
• Experience analyzing commercial contracts, pricing structures, and deal economics
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including revenue and profitability analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI and planning tools preferred
