Job Summary

A company is looking for a Deal Strategy Director.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team responsible for optimizing revenue performance through deal structure, economics of the deal, and order operations
  • Develop a mature commercial desk function that brings together go-to-market strategy, economic analysis, transactional models, and value-added services
  • Analyze key sales performance metrics, identify opportunities, and communicate them across the sales organization
Required Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales strategy, data analysis, revenue operations/analytics, order management, finance, or deal structure
  • 5 years of leadership experience, with at least 2 years directly leading people
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, and complimentary quoting systems and tools
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
