Deal Support Quality Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Deal Support Quality & Strategy Manager, the successful candidate will manage quality assurance operations, implement a quality program, and analyze data to improve deal lifecycle processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct process auditing to assess performance and adherence to policy across deal-related workflows
• Utilize quality assurance best practices to ensure high standards of accuracy and service, and design a coaching framework for team managers
• Analyze quality data using tools like Excel and Google Sheets to derive actionable insights and deliver recommendations to leadership

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, process improvement, or operations, with at least 2 years focused on quality programs
• Proven experience in designing quality assurance rubrics or scorecards for audits and feedback
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in root cause analysis and data storytelling
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience leveraging AI tools for automating quality workflows or analyzing large datasets
