Dealer Collections Representative

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Dealer Collections Representative will manage inbound and outbound communications with dealers regarding receivable balances, billing discrepancies, and payment validations while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute communications with dealers concerning payment instructions, cancellation requests, and inquiries
• Support dealer partners by negotiating settlements and payment plans while providing exceptional service
• Analyze data and collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper collection and distribution of customer balances and refunds

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in the Auto Finance field or Auto Dealer Services preferred
• Previous experience in Collections, Call Center, or Auto Dealership settings preferred
• Proficiency in basic PC applications, including Microsoft Office
• Intermediate to advanced typing and data entry processing skills
