Dealer Funding Concierge Agent

Job Summary

Providing exceptional support in a fast-paced environment, the full-time Dealer Funding Concierge Agent will review, verify, and process loan documentation while managing inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and dealer partners remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Expediting financing for time-sensitive deals to maintain customer and dealer confidence
• Flagging missing or incomplete documents to prevent delays in funding
• Acting as a liaison between dealerships and the funding team to ensure clear communication and understanding of funding policies

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 3 years of customer service or call center experience
• At least 1 year of experience in the financial industry
• At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
