Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dealer Lien Perfection Sr. Coordinator (Work from Home).

Key Responsibilities

• Call dealers, customers, and DMVs to follow up on title status and manage new accounts
• Update trackers, send documents to customers and DMVs, and verify document accuracy
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring high quality assurance standards

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
• At least 1 year of experience in the Financial Industry
• At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
