Job Summary

Dealer Lien Perfection Coordinator, a full-time position, is responsible for calling dealers, customers, and DMVs to follow up on title statuses while managing multiple tasks efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Call dealerships and customers to obtain title status updates
• Update various trackers and verify the accuracy of documents sent to customers and DMVs
• Manage multiple tasks and prioritize workflow to ensure high-quality standards

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
• At least 1 year of experience working in the Financial Industry
• At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
