Dealer Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dealer Onboarding Specialist to manage the implementation of automotive software for dealer partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of Dealer Implementations from Kick Off to Launch, ensuring effective communication and resource management
• Guide Dealer Partners through the implementation cycle, managing expectations and ensuring necessary information is available for configurations and testing
• Track and report on the status of Dealer Implementations, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Account/Client Support or Implementations/Project Coordinator roles
• 2-3 years of experience with SaaS solutions and integrations preferred
• Familiarity with car dealership business models is strongly preferred
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Salesforce, and Postman is considered an asset
• Automotive industry experience is a significant plus
