Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dealer Operations Support Specialist to ensure seamless operations within their expanding dealer channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Dealer Account Executive team in managing sales and processing necessary documents
• Monitor lender funding and coordinate with dealers and buyers to address deal requirements
• Provide post-purchase assistance and conduct reviews of titles and documentation for timely transactions

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in operations support or a similar role, preferably in the automotive or tech industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software, with experience in electronic document management systems
