Job Summary
A company is looking for a Dealer Parts Contact Center Agent (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Own the customer experience by promptly answering dealer inquiries and ensuring high satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with external and internal stakeholders to resolve part availability needs
- Provide detailed documentation of correspondences and support services to dealers to reduce Total Vehicle Downtime
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of customer service experience within an office setting
- 1-3 years of experience with Microsoft Suite
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
- High School Diploma or equivalent
