Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dealer Parts Contact Center Agent (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the customer experience by promptly answering dealer inquiries and ensuring high satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with external and internal stakeholders to resolve part availability needs
  • Provide detailed documentation of correspondences and support services to dealers to reduce Total Vehicle Downtime
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience within an office setting
  • 1-3 years of experience with Microsoft Suite
  • Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
