Job Summary
Maximizing client engagement, the full-time remote Dealer Relationship Manager will manage customer accounts, promote product offerings, and execute retention strategies to enhance client satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a deep understanding of NCC products and services to assist customers and suggest optimal solutions
- Assess account activity and attrition reports to identify at-risk clients and implement retention strategies
- Conduct proactive outreach to clients, ensuring effective usage of services and identifying upsell opportunities
Required qualifications
- Three years of experience in an Automotive Retail BDC or B2B Account Management role
- Knowledge of Finance & Insurance (F&I) processes
- Two or more years of proven experience in KPI-driven cross-sell/upsell initiatives
- Strong presentation skills
