Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dealer Sales & Service Consultant II.

Key Responsibilities

• Provides quality phone sales and customer service to Dealers, handling order processing, product complaints, and inquiries
• Utilizes strong up/cross-selling skills to meet revenue targets and customer satisfaction goals
• Verifies customer information and enters orders using company systems

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in a Call Center or Sales/Customer Service environment
• Knowledge of order management systems and dealer websites
• Previous sales and service experience with a proven ability to achieve objectives
• Strong administrative skills
• Must be 18 years of age or older
