Dealer Services Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dealer Services Analyst to manage contractor and dealer applications and records.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and document new and existing dealer information in various operating systems
• Respond to dealer and internal staff inquiries, resolving issues as needed
• Research and verify potential dealers' identities and histories using multiple software systems

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, finance, communication, or related field, or 2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial reports and legal documents
• Proficiency in Word Processing and Spreadsheet software, as well as experience with Adobe Illustrator and PDF
• Basic mathematical skills, including algebra and geometry
• Availability for one evening shift per week and one Saturday every 7 weeks
