Dealer Services Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dealer Services Analyst who will manage contractor and dealer applications and records to ensure compliance standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and document dealer information accurately in various operating systems
• Respond to dealer and internal staff inquiries, resolving issues as per communication procedures
• Research and analyze potential dealers' identities and histories using multiple software systems

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, finance, communication, or related field OR 2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to read and interpret financial reports and legal documents
• Experience with Word Processing and Spreadsheet software, as well as Adobe Illustrator and PDF
• Basic knowledge of algebra and geometry for calculations
• Availability for one evening shift per week and one Saturday every 7 weeks
