Dealer Services Analyst

Job Summary

Researching and documenting dealer applications, the remote Dealer Services Analyst will monitor and track contractor records to ensure compliance, prepare onboarding documents, and respond to dealer inquiries in a full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately enter and upload dealer information in various operating systems, including SalesForce and DecisionLender
• Collect and analyze data to confirm dealer identity and history while coordinating with Business Development Managers for updates
• Assist in resolving customer verification issues and provide administrative support to other departments as needed

Required qualifications

• Associate degree in business, finance, communication, or related field, or 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Word Processing and Spreadsheet software, as well as experience with Adobe Illustrator and PDF
• Ability to respond to inquiries from customers and regulatory agencies effectively
• Willingness to work one evening shift per week and one Saturday every 7 weeks
