Dealer Services Analyst
Job Summary
Researching and documenting contractor and dealer applications, the remote Dealer Services Analyst will ensure compliance with company standards while managing onboarding processes and responding to dealer inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately enter and document dealer information across various software systems
- Respond to dealer and internal staff requests, resolving issues through effective communication
- Collect and analyze data to confirm dealer identity and history, coordinating with other departments as needed
Required qualifications
- Associate degree in business, finance, communication, or related field, or 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software, as well as experience with Adobe Illustrator and PDF
- Ability to handle common inquiries from customers and regulatory agencies
- Availability for one evening shift per week and one Saturday every 7 weeks
