Job Summary

Ensuring all licensing and insurance processes for dealers are up to date, the remote Dealer Services Licensing Specialist will manage dealer applications, field inquiries regarding license requirements, and collaborate with management to maintain compliance.

Key responsibilities
  • Accurately enter and verify dealer information and documentation in operating systems
  • Coordinate with staff and dealers to resolve verification and documentation issues
  • Monitor and track license status changes while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
Required qualifications
  • Associate's degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or a related field; or equivalent experience in marketing or sales
  • Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, development, and design software
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, financial reports, and legal materials
  • Experience responding to inquiries from customers and regulatory agencies
  • Proven problem-solving skills in variable situations with limited standardization
