Job Summary
Assisting new and existing dealers through the onboarding process, the remote Dealer Services Specialist will educate them on program features, manage dealer approval calls, and facilitate training programs while ensuring compliance with enrollment standards.
Key responsibilities
- Explain program features and benefits to potential and existing dealers, assisting with the application process
- Conduct program approval and denial calls, ensuring clear communication of applicable details
- Collaborate with dealers to enhance program usage and business levels, responding to inquiries and requests
Required qualifications
- Associate degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field, or 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and role-specific development or design software
- Ability to address common inquiries or complaints from customers and regulatory agencies
- Availability for one evening shift per week and one Saturday every 7 weeks
