Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dealer Success Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strengthen and maintain relationships with customers to provide best in class service and drive growth and retention
  • Oversee the resolution of customer inquiries, handling escalations, and managing the day-to-day needs of the customers
  • Collaborate with Dealer Success Manager to establish and maintain expectations and timelines
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service role
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center environment
  • Working knowledge of FDCPA and FCRA experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft, Salesforce, and other internal systems
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to business needs
