Deals Associate

Job Summary

Supporting a portfolio of emerging venture capital firms, the remote Deals Associate will manage deal review processes, provide feedback on deal memos, and maintain a scouting network to match opportunities with fund theses.

Key responsibilities

• Review fund deals and prepare structured feedback on memos to strengthen investment conviction
• Assist with deal intake, pipeline tracking, and due diligence workflows across the investment process
• Support programs that share deals across the platform and engage deal scouts to match opportunities to funds

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience in VC, startups, operations, or consulting
• Genuine understanding of the startup and venture investing ecosystem
• Comfort with CRM tools and data management
• Fluency with modern AI frameworks and tools
• Excellent written communication skills
