Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dean of Academic Advising.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the University Office of Academic Advising and manage staff to support student advising and reenrollment activities
• Develop and implement systems to assess communication, productivity, and effectiveness of student success initiatives
• Manage department budget and coordinate resources for accurate service delivery and program assessment

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited institution
• One to two years of related experience or training, preferably in an academic advising role
• Demonstrated ability to uphold a Christ-centered mission and values
• Experience in a service-oriented environment working with students or clients
• Ability to plan, develop, and coordinate multiple projects effectively
