Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dean of Liberal Studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Champion DEIJ and multilingualism in divisional operations
• Lead strategic planning and curriculum development aligned with the College's mission
• Oversee faculty and staff management, including hiring, evaluation, and professional development

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in education, educational administration, or a related field; Doctoral degree preferred
• Minimum of five years of academic administrative experience, with three years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated commitment to access, equity, diversity, inclusion, and justice in higher education
• Experience in curriculum development and program innovation focused on equitable outcomes
• Successful teaching experience in higher education, preferably in a community college setting
