Job Summary

A company is looking for a Dean of STEM and Business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic and operational leadership for the Division of STEM and Business
• Oversee program development, accreditation, and assessment to drive continuous improvement
• Manage faculty, staff, and labor relations while fostering student progression and community engagement

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of an earned Master's Degree in a related field; doctorate preferred
• Experience in academic administration at the department chair level or above
• Successful teaching experience in higher education, preferably in a community college
• Demonstrated success in leading complex academic change initiatives
• Experience in expanding and assuring quality of online or hybrid programs
