Key Responsibilities

• Provide academic, operational, personnel, and strategic leadership for the Division of STEM and Business
• Establish divisional goals and academic direction based on student success data and labor market trends
• Oversee faculty administration, including hiring, evaluation, and promotion processes

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of an earned Master's Degree in a related field; doctorate preferred
• Academic administration experience at the department chair level or above in higher education
• Successful teaching experience in higher education, preferably in a community college
• Demonstrated success in leading complex academic change initiatives
• Experience in curriculum development and assessment practices
