Job Summary
A company is looking for Debit Card Support Customer Service Agents (Remote, Independent Contractor).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide client support by responding to inbound inquiries from debit card clients
- Resolve banking issues related to retail, commercial, and online banking, including fraud and policy questions
- Identify cross sell opportunities and make appropriate referrals to other services or products
Required Qualifications, Training and Education
- 0-1 year of customer service experience
- Completion of a mandatory paid certification program
- Ability to work flexible hours, including peak demand times
- Must possess a personal computer with specific hardware requirements
- U.S. residency is required for this independent contractor position
