Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative II: Card Processing Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Visa/MasterCard dispute caseload and perform chargebacks
- Monitor incoming cases and emails, resolving issues according to Service Level Standards
- Process disputes and cardholder claims within regulatory timeframes
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of work experience in a financial institution with debit/credit card dispute processing
- Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
- General knowledge of the financial industry related to banks and credit unions
