Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Representative II: Card Processing Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Visa/MasterCard dispute caseload and perform chargebacks
  • Monitor incoming cases and emails, resolving issues according to Service Level Standards
  • Process disputes and cardholder claims within regulatory timeframes
Required Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a financial institution with debit/credit card dispute processing
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • General knowledge of the financial industry related to banks and credit unions
