Debt Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Debt Consultant (Experienced Only).

Key Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from consumers interested in debt resolution services
• Make outbound calls to consumers who have inquired about services
• Evaluate potential clients' situations and provide options for debt repayment

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of recent debt settlement, credit counseling, or related experience
• Ability to efficiently manage a sales pipeline
• Must be energetic and self-motivated
• Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office and CRM tools
• Must have a suitable workspace with reliable high-speed internet
