Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Agent to join their sales team and assist clients with financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess their financial situation and determine debt settlement options
• Handle inbound calls and proactively reach out to leads while maintaining detailed records in the CRM system
• Educate clients on the debt settlement process and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a call center with a proven track record
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Debt Settlement or a related field
• Strong work ethic and results-driven attitude
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and call center technology
• Availability to work evenings and/or weekends as required
