Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative - Debt Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads daily using an outbound auto-dialer and follow a consultative selling approach
• Complete applications, pull credit, and collaborate with underwriting teams to facilitate enrollment
• Meet or exceed sales goals and maintain high customer satisfaction levels

Required Qualifications

• 1 year or more of successful call center sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience making outbound calls to warm leads
• Strong understanding of a consultative sales process with a track record of exceeding sales goals
• Ability to manage schedule and lead database effectively to meet metrics and goals
