Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative - Debt Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of high-debt, high-intent customers from initial contact through enrollment
• Lead consultative conversations to understand customers' financial situations and guide them through decision-making
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while driving efficient decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in consultative or financial sales environments
• Proven success in a commission-driven role with consistent goal attainment
• Experience managing a pipeline and effectively prioritizing opportunities
• Confidence discussing financial situations and long-term outcomes
• High School diploma or equivalent
