Job Summary

A company is looking for a Debt Negotiator (Creditor Escalations) to negotiate directly with creditors and law firms on behalf of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate client debts and secure favorable settlements while managing client files
• Establish and maintain relationships with law firms and analyze client portfolios for effective strategies
• Gather legal documentation and communicate with creditors to provide up-to-date information for client debt relief

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant work experience
• Experience in a metrics-based or goals-driven environment preferred
• Analytical mindset with strong business acumen
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Computer competency, with prior experience using a CRM platform preferred
