Debt Negotiator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Debt Negotiator (Creditor Escalations) to negotiate with creditors and law firms on behalf of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate client debts to completion and secure settlements that prevent legal action
• Establish relationships with law firms and manage client portfolios to develop effective strategies
• Gather and submit legal documentation while maintaining confidentiality and achieving monthly KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience
• Experience in a metrics-based or goals-driven environment
• Strong analytical mindset and business acumen
• Computer competency and experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
