Job Summary

A company is looking for a Debt Negotiator (Creditor Escalations) to negotiate directly with creditors and law firms on behalf of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate client debts and secure settlements to prevent legal action
• Establish and maintain relationships with law firms and analyze client portfolios for effective strategies
• Manage client files, maintain communication with creditors, and gather necessary legal documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant work experience
• Experience in a metrics-based or goals-driven environment preferred
• Computer competency and prior experience using a CRM platform
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced setting
• High energy and motivation to provide exceptional client service
