A company is looking for a Debt Negotiator (Creditor Escalations) to negotiate directly with creditors and law firms on behalf of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate client debts and secure settlements to halt legal actions
• Establish and maintain relationships with law firms and creditors
• Analyze client portfolios to develop effective strategies for financial freedom

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience
• Experience in a metrics-based or goals-driven environment preferred
• Strong analytical mindset and business acumen
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Computer competency, including prior experience with CRM platforms
