Debt Negotiator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Debt Negotiator (Creditor Escalations) to negotiate directly with creditors and law firms on behalf of clients seeking debt relief.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate client debts and secure favorable settlements to halt legal actions
• Establish and maintain relationships with law firms and analyze client portfolios for effective strategies
• Gather legal documentation and liaise with law firms to ensure timely resolution of accounts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience
• Experience in a metrics-based or goals-driven environment preferred
• High energy and motivated to provide exceptional service
• Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Computer competency and experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
