Job Summary

A company is looking for a Debt Negotiator (Creditor Escalations) to negotiate directly with creditors and law firms for client debt resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate client debts and secure settlements to halt legal actions
• Establish and maintain relationships with law firms and analyze client portfolios for effective strategies
• Manage client files and maintain communication with creditors to gather necessary information for debt relief

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience
• Experience in a metrics-based or goals-driven environment preferred
• Computer competency and prior experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High energy and motivation to provide excellent client service
