Job Summary

A company is looking for a Debt Negotiator (Creditor Escalations) to assist clients in negotiating debt settlements with creditors and law firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate client debts to completion and establish relationships with law firms
• Analyze client portfolios and banking accounts to strategize for financial freedom
• Gather legal documentation and liaise with attorneys to resolve escalated accounts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience
• Experience in a metrics-based, goals-driven environment preferred
• Computer competency and familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
