Job Summary

A company is looking for a Debt Negotiator (Creditor Escalations) to negotiate settlements with creditors on behalf of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate client debts and establish relationships with law firms to secure settlements
• Analyze client portfolios and banking information to develop effective debt resolution strategies
• Manage client files and maintain communication with creditors to facilitate account resolutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience
• Experience in a metrics-based or goals-driven environment preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
• Computer competency, with prior experience using a CRM platform preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
