Job Summary

A company is looking for a Debt Negotiator (Creditor Escalations) to assist clients in negotiating with creditors and law firms for favorable settlements.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate client debts and communicate client hardships to secure settlements
• Establish and maintain relationships with law firms and analyze client portfolios for effective strategies
• Manage confidential information and achieve monthly KPIs set by management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience
• Experience in a metrics-based or goals-driven environment preferred
• Strong analytical mindset and business acumen
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Computer competency, with prior experience using a CRM platform preferred
