Job Summary

A company is looking for a Debt Negotiator (Creditor Escalations) to assist clients in negotiating debt settlements with creditors and law firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate client debts and secure settlements to prevent legal actions
• Establish and maintain relationships with law firms and analyze client portfolios for optimal strategies
• Gather legal documentation and communicate with creditors to facilitate debt relief

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience
• Experience in a metrics-based or goals-driven environment preferred
• Strong analytical mindset and business acumen
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Computer competency, with prior experience using CRM platforms preferred
