A company is looking for a Debt Negotiator (Creditor Escalations) to assist clients in negotiating settlements with creditors.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate client debts and establish relationships with law firms to secure settlements
• Analyze client portfolios and banking accounts to strategize for financial freedom
• Manage client files and ensure compliance with legal documentation and performance KPIs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or relevant work experience
• Experience in a metrics-based or goals-driven environment preferred
• Strong analytical mindset and business acumen
• Computer competency, with prior experience using a CRM platform preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
