Debt Negotiator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Debt Negotiator (Creditor Escalations) to negotiate directly with creditors and law firms on behalf of clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate client debts to completion and establish relationships with law firms
• Analyze client portfolios to determine effective strategies for financial freedom
• Manage client files, gather legal documentation, and communicate with creditors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience
• Experience in a metrics-based/goals-driven environment preferred
• High energy and motivation to provide excellent service
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Computer competency and experience with CRM platforms preferred
